Meal Distribution Resumes April 7

Hello Rohr Families,

Below is the latest update from the district on meal distribution for the coming weeks.  Please note there are updates to the locations of the food, but Loma Verde is still one of the options.

Meal Distribution to Resume on Tuesday, April 7

The District will resume DAILY meal distribution at nine school sites on Tuesday, April 7 and continue through Friday, April 10. Please note that some of the sites have changed, see below for list of sites. Meal bags will contain breakfast and lunch servings for one day. District and school staff will start “Grab and Go Distribution” of meal bags at 10 a.m., and will stop once all bags are distributed on a first come, first served basis. Bags will be placed into automobile trunks—they will not be handed through vehicle windows, unless absolutely necessary, for the protection of both our staff and the vehicle occupants. Meals are intended for our neediest children between the ages of 1 to 18. These schools have a student population where 50 percent or more are on free/reduced priced meal program.
